Works with my Chief mount, just needed another extension to add a CMA348 to stop the subs from vibration the projector. This worked like a charm (as did the vibration isolator).

The unit pictured shows steel. The one I got is aluminum.??

Pros: It fits

Cons: Good for only one use because it's cheap aluminum and not steel like the picture shows.
