The shelves are spaced eight inches apart. The top three shelves can support up to 80 lbs. The bottom shelf can support up to 125 lbs.
Additional features

I found this to be very easy to assemble and it is very sturdy it's well made! One thing I noticed though was the edges of the shelves can chip easily so be careful , I did some touch up and it's not even noticeable !
