It's tough to say if something like this is good or bad until it's put to the test (hopefully that never happens). I will say that the number and locations of the outlets is very good and makes this item versatile. I'll also echo a negative review from another reviewer, the green status diodes are very bright (it'll light up a room at night).

Not much to say. This is a simple surge suppressor. I do like the fact that it has visual indicators of surge suppression and wiring ground, but they are rather bright. All in all, the unit appears to be functioning normally and it wouldn't be right to run a new AVR without something to catch the surges.

Seems to work great. 8 outlets and multiple USB ports is great. The light is a little bright, especially for its intended use of being near home stereo or theater systems. But it's not terrible. 5 of the outlets touch each other, but 3 of the outlets can accommodate very large plugs.
Pros: 8 outlets and multiple USBs. Wall mountable.
Cons: Very bright light.

Has 8 electrical outlets, plus 2 outlets to charge a cell phone, but nothing for TV cable. Good quality and price.
