I am very happy with my purchase. The rangefinder is very lightweight and easy to hold. The clarity is amazing. The Crutchfield staff were very friendly and helpful. The product arrived as schedule. I have practised on fixed objects of different shapes and sizes as well as on people at various distances and angles. It works great. Look forward to taking it hunting and playing golf. I researched many different models and found this was the only one that was Nitrogen purged and fitted with O-rings to make it water and fog proof.

Pros: Lightweight, optical clarity is amazing, menu is easy to use with one hand. Red OLED is easy to see during the day and at night. Very fast response time. The grip fits comfortably and is not slippery. The battery is very easy to install. Auto adjusting for ambient light is a great feature. Being able to switch between yards and meters is handy. The diopter is great for focusing.

Cons: A bit more information from Nikon on the differences of the horizontal/ actual distance, height and angle would be helpful. An understanding of basic geometry helps. The case is handy, but to soft to protect the rangefinder if dropped. A simple diagram for installing the strap would have been helpful. Care must be taken when installing the battery cap as it looks like it would be easy to cross thread.
