Looks good but doesn't work. The buttons on the right side are not responsive and the quality seems poor at best. Unfortunately warranty has to go through the manufacturer. Pretty disappointed with this purchase.

Volume control, mode, radio tuner, presets, and settings buttons do not function (had it professionally installed). Volume from BT connection very low. Pretty shocked at the quality of the product. Will be returning, I would steer clear of this brand.
Pros: BT connects
Cons: everything else

As close to OEM as I can get
James from Concord, NC on 8/25/2024
1991 Lincoln Town Car
I wanted a radio that looks as close to factory original as possible. The sheen of the faceplate matches the dash. It's not piano-black shiny like most aftermarket radios. And the display and buttons are a good match too and not attention-grabbing. You would never know these radios have Bluetooth and USB capabiities. While these radios are promoted as 80s and 90s replacements for Porsches, BMWs and Mercedes, it works fantasically in my 1991 Lincoln Town Car. Good sound, good display and customizable lights. Just what I wanted.
Pros: OEM looks Sound Bluetooth USB
Cons: A CD option would have been nice

Great car sterio, great service
Gary from Madison, AL on 11/4/2023
This is a great stereo. What is great about it is the whole Crutchfield experience. This is the 3rd stereo I have purchased from them plus various speakers and items. I needed a custom retro stereo for my 1994 Mustang convertible. Looking at them on line on the Crutfield website I had questions about fit and applications for my car. I called and talked to a Crutchfield rep while I was on line. She talked with me, asked questions to clarify my vehicle for correct fits. then looked at me at the options I was looking at, explained their different options with me, and listened to and answered my questions. I was very comfortable afterwards knowing I made the right purchase. I am a fairly proficient mechanic and do the installations myself. Crutchfield did not just send me email updates and my order status and shipping, but installations instructions, wiring instructions and diagrams for installations to my specificities 1994 mustang. Also all the wring harness were cuatom to my car so I did not have to cut any factory harnesses and splice. While installing it I had a couple questions. The Crutchfield Tech line is open 7 days a week. I called the tech line three times during my installations with questions/trouble shooting. Each call the Tech was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. It made my installations experience so much better. With the detailed installations instructions and Tech line, anyone handy can do the installations themselves and sav
