Features
Woofer: The speaker features a rigid pulp composite cone woofer with a Santoprene surround. The woofer uses a Neodymium magnet to achieve its shallow depth, so it fits in tight factory locations.
Tweeters: Two Mylar tweeters are wired separately so this single speaker will accept a stereo input.
Dual Voice Coils: The woofer has dual voice coils, each wired with one of the tweeters. The stereo input is useful in many older cars with a single speaker location in the dash or rear deck. If used in a standard two speaker 4x10 application the inputs should be wired in parallel (to present a 2Ω load) or series (to present an 8Ω load).

This speaker, when I finally figured it out, sounds great. It will stick up from the dash a bit more than the original, but I can trim foam with the best of them. The instructions could have been more clear, but those are the instructions in the box, which are in no way a fault of Crutchfield.
