It work,but I had to shave a little off the hdmi plug to get it to fit into the head, otherwise it's fine

Had to shave town some of the casing on the radio side of the plug to get it to fit. Other than that works perfect and looks great.

This appears to be a nice and hefty cable, and the cables themselves would most likely work well. The mount, specifically the threaded part and the nut, have the tolerances that a 12 year old machinist would laugh at. I cannot believe someone would make something like this, and am amazed Crutchfield sells it. without tightening, I can easily push both of the provided nuts all the way down. Because of this, this thing is absolute garbage.
Pros: Would make nice extension cable if you didn't want it to stay put in whatever mount you had.

Got the nut snug and gave it a little more snug and it stripped. Now the nuts slide on and off, so that's unfortunate.
Pros: It looks good when it's installed.

Neither locking nut fits. Nuts will slide on and off without turning. Used 6 layers of teflon tape to make them hold. Chinese tolerances!

Clean Professional Cable Management

I love this Cable! I was surprised by how simple it was to install on my 2017 Forester. I used a 1'' spade drill bit and slowly drilled the plastic facia, and it worked perfectly! No cables dangling in the glove box or hanging out of the dash. I have a clean professional-looking install with easy access to USB-C charging and HDMI input!
