35 Degree Angle: The Focal 300 ICA6 is an in-ceiling loudspeaker with its speaker driver angled at 35 degrees, making it suitable for a variety of in-ceiling mounting locations and applications. Both the tweeter and woofer are angled at 35 degrees for a well-balanced sound experience. It can be used in a 2ch stereo setup, as part of a distributed audio application, or in a multichannel home theater system.

Two-Way Driver Design: The Focal 300 ICA6 in-ceiling loudspeaker employs a 2-way driver design, featuring a 1" aluminum/magnesium alloy inverted dome tweeter and a 6.5" Flax cone woofer to produce sound with remarkable neutrality and definition. Thanks to the natural and well-defined mid-range of this in-wall/in-ceiling loudspeaker really enhances the voice of singers and film dialog.

• 1" Inverted Dome Tweeter: The 1" aluminum/magnesium tweeter developed for the 300 ICA6 uses Focal's exclusive inverted dome technology and Poron suspension, allowing for optimal energy transfer and limited directivity. The dome's aluminum/magnesium alloy guarantees outstanding stiffness and damping to provide smooth and dynamic high frequencies. The tweeter can even be rotated 360-degrees to further improve sound dispersion. It also includes a 3-way switch (on the back of the speaker) for adjusting the output level according to the acoustic environment with selections of -3dB, 0dB, and +3dB.
• 6" Flax Cone: The Flax cone is an exclusive Focal technology manufactured in France. It is a sandwich cone formed of an extremely high-quality flax fiber core placed between two thin sheets of glass fiber It checks all the boxes for a high-fidelity cone: it is lightweight for good dynamics, rigid to support the bass and dampening to deliver a neutral and natural listening experience. The sounds are strikingly real, voices are reproduced with clarity and detail. 

OPC (Optimum Phase Crossover): The Focal 300 ICA6 in-ceiling loudspeaker utilizes an Optimum Phase Crossover (OPC) for a more accurate, a more stable, and a more natural sound image between the tweeter and woofer.

Spring-Post Terminals: The Focal 300 ICA6 is outfitted with spring-post speaker terminals that will accept bare wire (up to 12AWG), pin-connectors, and banana plugs (single only).

Round or Square Grille: The Focal 300 ICA6 comes with magnetic grilles that quickly and easily attach to the speaker. A square and round grille are included to ensure the speaker blends in perfectly with your decor. The grilles are also frameless, making the speaker even more discreet and elegant. If you wish to do so, you can paint the grilles of the 300 ICA6 so it blends in with your room's interior even more.

EQI (Easy Quick Install) Mounting System: The Focal 300 ICA6 is easy to install thanks to its EQI (Easy Quick Install) system. The install frame is compatible with most ceilings (0.25" to 1.125" thick). The frame comes with fixing legs which holds the system in place. Once the frame has been secured in the ceiling, the speaker simply inserts into the frame and locks into place.

Moisture Resistant: The Focal 300 ICA6 /in-ceiling loudspeaker is resistant to humidity, so it can be confidently installed in bathrooms or kitchens. However, the in-ceiling speaker is not weather resistant and should not be installed outdoors.
