The best news of all is that Focal uses their flax woofer cones in these Focal Inside IC MBZ 100 4" 2-way speakers. Focal discovered that a flax woofer cone produces a dynamic sound that's worthy of their reputation. At half the weight of fiberglass, these flax fibers help create a very rigid yet lightweight cone that ensures accuracy and limits unwanted vibrations.
What Focal is famous for
You'll find another Focal innovation in these speakers: the aluminum inverted dome tweeter. Together, they achieve a clear, natural sound that lets you hear your music the way it was meant to be heard. Focal designs and builds these speakers to fit perfectly into a nice range of Mercedes vehicles. All the necessary mounting hardware is included, and integrated connectors connect to your existing factory speaker plugs — no cutting or splicing required.

Features
Mounting: The IC MBZ 100 speakers are a direct replacement for the factory speakers in select Mercedes Benz vehicles. Please enter your vehicle information to confirm fit.
Wiring: These speakers have the same plug as the factory speakers, so the factory harnesses plug directly into the new speakers. If these speakers are powered by any amplifier without an active high-pass crossover (including the factory radio), the included in-line crossovers must be used. The crossover wires also have factory plugs on both ends, so no splicing is necessary; the crossovers will simply plug in.
Crossovers: The tweeters' high-pass crossovers are integrated into the speakers. The separate in-line high-pass crossovers are used if the amplifier powering the speakers has no active crossover built-in.
