What else can be said other than, it's Focal! The sound is amazing and full. I had previously installed the IS TOY 165 for the front doors and the sound was nice. Adding these has greatly improved the sound and quality. Not to mention bass is more punchy. I highly recommend these speakers to anyone that wants a quick install with an amazing sound quality.
Pros: High quality sound, punchy bass, easy plug and play.
Cons: Pricey, requires an amp for full sound.

These fit perfect in 2012 Tacoma Double Cab SR5 Pre-Runner back door speakers. Had both original speakers on driver side (front and back doors) go out finally in 2025. Quick install on both back doors.

Fits the LX 570 rear doors! Much improved!

2021 Lexus LX570
Major improvement! If you own a Lexus LX 570 without the Mark Levinson system, these are a must have. They fit perfectly in the rear doors and plug right in. No modifications whatsoever. Much crisper and clearer than the cheap originals. The stock amp has more than enough power to drive these sensitive speakers. The installation also gives you an opportunity to line the door skins with sound deadening to eliminate the tinny door slam most Toyota products demonstrate. I am planning on installing the 6X9 versions in the front doors next. I'm speculating they will be a similar improvement.
Pros: Great sound. Ease of installation. build quality.
Cons: A little pricey.

Great speakers for 2014 Tacoma DC Rear Doors

For 2014 Tacoma Double Cab - These are plug and play, bolt right in to the rear doors with zero issues. The speaker wires in the box are not needed. The extra speaker clips and screws supplied by Crutchfield in the Install Kit are not needed.

Unbelievable sound quality - it's like hearing songs I have listened to a thousand times for the very first time. My stock 2011 Tundra head unit had plenty of power to push these, no amp needed.

I installed this in my 2014 Tacoma DCLB. The fit was perfect, the installation was easy. Someone said in a review that the full system was the souse for the Taco. I would say it is the whole enchilada.

2008 Toyota Tundra
Easy to install in my 2008 Tundra rear doors. All installation parts were included and the the harness plugged right in. They also had adapters to adapt another harness to this speaker and adapters to plug spade connector speakers into my truck harnesses. Sound quality is not good at all! No treble and mids sound like they are coming from a garbage can! Better than the factory's but I'm fairly confident I could find a under $100 pair that will sound better. The $200 speakers I installed in the front doors sound much better for bass, mids, and treble, and were cheaper. A good set if you are mostly concerned with easy installation, but if you like treble, I do not recommend.
Pros: - Easy to install. Plug and play in 2008 Tundra rear doors. - Come with some wiring adapters.
Cons: - Only fit certain vehicles, not standard 6.5" mount. - Sound bad.

Super easy install in my 2010 Toyota Tacoma. Perfect fit. Even came with "Focal Inside" metal stickers for door panels. Great clean crisp sound and the bass is perfect. Highly recommended.

Very nice pair of speakers, the sound it great for the highs and the med range sets the sud very nice. Had to set the gain on the cabin amp to tweak the sound but the overall they are great
Pros: Easy to install fit well, and has a full sound
Cons: When trying to remove the old speakers wasn't easy as it sounds when drilling they kept spinning with the drill.

Bought the front set because they were Toyota specific and easy to install, bought rear set because I like the sound of these speakers.
Pros: Easy install. Great sound.
Cons: Little expensive upfront compared to competition, but worth the cost when it comes to installation.
