With Focal's Universal Integration Series speakers installed in your car, a new era has begun — one in which it's easy to enjoy every moment of your drive. Focal provides such a dramatic boost in sound quality by applying much of the same technology in these car speakers that they use in their studio and audiophile-grade home systems.
Superior materials and design
Focal's ICU 165 2-way 6-1/2" car speakers employ a polyglass woofer cone to give you a warm, natural sound with enhanced strength for accurate playback with no added resonances. An aluminum/magnesium inverted dome tweeter, backed by a built-in crossover, delivers astonishing detail in the high range and integrates an acoustic horn design for an improved soundstage across your dash. Focal also gives you two levels of tweeter adjustment so that you can adjust for poor factory speaker placement.
High sensitivity design
Planning to drive these speakers off a head unit? No problem. They're designed to take advantage of every bit of power supplied to give you the best audio quality possible. However, Focal's famous sound soars when powered by an aftermarket amp!
Grilles are not included; the factory grilles should be suitable for most applications.

Features
Polyglass Cone: The woofer cone has a cellulose pulp base and is coated with a uniform deposit of hollow glass microballs. The addition of the Polyglass layer significantly increases the cone's rigidity without adding much weight. This combination takes advantage of the accuracy and neutrality of the hard outer surface, but maintains the superior damping characteristics of the cellulose pulp.
Surround: The butyl rubber surround is resistant to ultraviolet rays, temperature extremes, and humidity to add to the speaker's reliability and longevity.
Inverted Dome Tweeter: The tweeter is an inverted Aluminum/Magnesium dome, producing a broad sound stage. A switch on the tweeter allows adjustment of the tweeter output; choose flat or +3 dB.
Size Classification Note: Crutchfield has traditionally referred to this size speaker as a 6-3/4", while some manufacturers, including Focal, call it a 6-1/2". Please enter your vehicle information to confirm fit.

Very great speakers especially in comparison to stock. They work great with no need to have an amp. The only slight issues I have is I'm not as big of a fan of brighter treble which these do have. But I just EQ the treble down and it's fantastic. Great upgrade.
