It's difficult to describe the sound of these, but here goes. Thunderous, detailed, fluid. As you can see, I own the solar yellow and black color scheme. (I'm drooling over those white carrara ones Crutchfield are selling.) If you get these, be sure you have equipment that doesn't have a bright sound. I'm using a Peachtree 500 integrated pre-amp. I find that Peachtree's sound leans toward the warm sound which makes them sound fantastic with the Kanta's. Placement is important. I have these two feet from the wall. Too close to the wall and you'll get bloated bass. I'm using a pair subwoofers to fill in that small gap of low frequency and trust must, it's a very small gap. If you run subs with these, you will probably need to turn your subs down. I've got mine turned up to only two and it's more than enough bass. Needless to say, these are probably the last speakers you'll probably ever buy and at the selling price they should be.
Pros: Fantastic Bass, Fluid Sound, Beautiful aesthetics
Cons: Heavy speakers, can be bright if you use the wrong equipment, quite expensive but in no way do I feel I like I overpaid for these
