Crystal clear

I have these installed in the rear doors of a Jeep GC. Have the F3E,s in the front. Kenwood DDX9907XR and audio control 4.800 amp JL w7 H.O. on audio control 1.1500. All doors and back hatch Sound deadening. These speakers sound phenomenal. I have them crossed at 90hz. I have shut the sub off and run them full pass and had others think the sub was still on. that is til I actually turned it back on. But the Bass on the 6.5 woofer is good enough you could get by without a sub. The Highs are super clear and clean. Mids are good Vocals really shine. I,ve been running 125w of clean power and they handle every bit of it. The build quality is very nice and heavy. As another has mentioned either check install depth or be prepared to built or buy spacers. Can't say enough how good these sound. Wife thought it was little overboard. Now she wants the same setup. So wife approved. From low volume all the way to max HU these are crystal clear. I'm partially tonal deaf and rarely listen to music cause for most part I can't understand the words. Even at low volumes the focals have made my music listening enjoyable again.

Focal PS 165 FXE

No tengo manera de comparar contra otras bocinas, pero estoy feliz del sonido que reproducen estas Focal FXE. Por supuesto necesitas un amplificador, mejor aun si tienes un DSP.

These things sound amazing when paired with an aftermarket amp and DSP. Keep in mind that you may need to fabricate or modify existing brackets to make the speakers fit as they are quite deep.
