Features

Overview: The Duracomm (Midland) LPX-14 Power Supply is a compact power supply that's powerful enough to run any model of Midland MicroMobile radio. With built-in PFC (Power Factor Correction), the LPX-14 can provide filtered and regulated power while operating cooler and more efficiently than standard power supplies. This reduces both cost and excessive heat. The power supply's fanless design uses multiple vents on both sides for free-air convection cooling.

Input Power: The Duracomm LPX-14 plugs into any standard 3-pin AC outlet and can operate on voltages between 100-240VAC @ 50/60Hz.

Output Power: The LPX-14 features a removable 2-pin terminal block for connecting your output power wires (sold separately). Positive (+) and Negative (-) set-screw terminals on the terminal block can accommodate power/ground wire up to 10-guage in size. A rotary adjustment dial on the rear panel lets you adjust the output voltage using a small screwdriver. The output voltage can be adjusted from 11.5V to 15V with 13.8VDC (13A) being the default output.

Protection: The Duracomm LPX-14 features an electronic output-current limiting circuit that will reduce or cut off the output current in the event of a short circtuit, overload, over voltage, or over temperature problem.

Certifications: The LPX-14 is both UL/CUL listed and RoHS compliant. The power supply also complies with EISA 2007/DoE, NRCan, and EU ErP.

Compatibility: The Duracomm LPX-14 can be used with Midland's MXT105, MXT115, MXT275, MXT400, MXT500, and MXT575 MicroMobile 2-way radios.
