Can't Believe It - Options actually got Worse.

2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
I had a number of problems with my original BE10ACP and upgraded to this newer model BE10ACP.X. Surprisingly, Boss removed the ability to have custom pics as the wallpaper. That option was available on the older radio - but it's no longer available. You're now stuck with only six boring generic preloaded wallpaper screens. And even they can't be the used on the tuner screen. I can't believe they made a more expensive and "updated" radio with less options than the older one. I added a photo of my OLDER radio screen showing a desert wallpaper photo that I had added. I also added a pic of the "NEWER" radio's generic and bland six wallpaper options and included a pic of how the radio tuner doesn't allow for any background pic whatsoever. For the price I paid, this radio falls way, way short of expectations. I certainly didn't want to spend more money for less customization.

2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Cargo
Excellent Radio and screen. Installed this in a 2018 Mercedes sprinter and couldn't be happier. Love the screen size really helps when using navigation and CarPlay had a smaller 6.8 inch Kenwood, but it was very laggy and kept blowing fuses so decided to pick this up. I was going to get the Jensen, but after seeing this one and the five year warranty through Crutchfield, it was a no-brainer. Decided to just do the wired CarPlay and it's very solid. The screen is very reactive and very bright, very pleased and once again Crutchfield customer service is top-notch.
