Sweet
Scott from W VALLEY CITY, UT on 5/9/2023
I was a little hesitant to purchase this unit. I've always had subs in my vehicles. I thought what possibly can a 3" thick speaker do? I bought a 2 seater convertible with two 4" behind the seats and a 5-1/4 in front of the door. No room for subs but the NEED still existed!!! This little unit filled the void. It was very surprising. It won't rattle the windows but it filled the car with the lower ranges the factory size speakers just can't produce, and it does bump a lil. Found a place to hide it and re carpeted over. Invisible lows. I love it. Very pleased. Definitely worth it and a breeze to install. Would recommend, would purchases again.
Pros: Ez install. Size. Sound quality.
Cons: None

Better sounding Ram truck
Patrick from Wayland, MI on 4/28/2023
2020 Ram 1500
Filled a void in the sound of my 4, 6x9s Infinity speakers in my doors and the 2, 3.5s in the dash . They definitely needed some bass . The infinity base link sounds good not a window rattling combo but way way better than what Ram put in my truck . Best upgrade I have done to my 2020 Ram w/8.4 radio
Pros: Great up graded sound system
Cons: Door speakers were easy install. Base link is time consuming to install Correctly

Awesome bass for the compact size
Craig from Flower Mound, TX on 10/16/2022
2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
This think is excellent for it's size. This is the largest self contained sub i could fit behind the seat of my 2012 Silverado Crew cab. I didn't want to take any space under my seat for a sub box because I already have a storage bin there. It packs enough of a punch that it vibrates my rearview mirror! Definitely fills out my sound than not having a sub. I'm running a JL Audio JD400/4 amp and all JBL Club speakers with the front being component. All hooked up via RCA cables.
Pros: Huge sound for it's size, great adjustability.
Cons: None

Great sound just no boom
Stewart from Longview, TX on 10/3/2022
Sounds great just doesn't hit hard. If your only looking to improve factory sound this is it. If you are looking for a bit of bump just not annoy the neighbors then go with a 10 inch powered sub. Worked great and sounded good just didn't have the boom I wanted.
Pros: Size and sound
Cons: Not enough boom

2008 GMC Sierra
Pros: Easy installation Good amount of adjustment on the amp for dialing in the sound Sounds great - punchy, tight base Fair amount of adjustments for dialing in the sound Looks great Build quality (fit & finish, materials, hardware) are top notch. No cheap components. Cons: Included bit driver (used for mounting bolts) stripped almost immediately Installation instructions from Infinity/Harmon are vague Surface finish is easy to scratch. Handle with care during installation. Overall, this is a FANTASTIC addition to the sound system in a regular cab Sierra pickup. Really helps round out the sound and adds a very appropriate amount of bass for speakers being ran off a head unit or low power 4-channel amp.

Fairly straight forward self-powered sub. It's quite small in volume, but does well at filling out a stock audio system without overpowering the rest of the car. If I had one criticism, I wish it had a bit more granularity on the crossover and boost controls. It does seem to struggle a bit with very low frequencies, but at this size, there is only so much you can expect. Overall a quality unit that I would be happy to purchase again.
Pros: Easy to install, very compact.
Cons: At this price point, I would have preferred a bit more control over boost levels and frequency.

Sweet. Added to my 2022 Subaru Crosstrek's Harman Kardon Audio system brings out the richness and depth of music, especially over regular road noise. Installed under driver seat.
Pros: Rich full sound that won't blast your neighbors.
Cons: Not easy to install, best use a professional

Although I did not get to install this product, (Space Limitations). I can say that Infinity is one of the top of the line speakers and sound you can get. Crutchfield only sells the best. You will never go wrong with what Crutchfield sells. Their tech support is the best.
Pros: Easy installation,
Cons: Check for fitment before buying.

Awesome bass in small package
Crutchfield customer from Roseville, MN on 9/20/2021
Really nice bass for the size. We installed this on a rack in the trunk because the old connections for a 1000 RMS subwoofer amp were still there. If what you want is accurate, musical bass, this is perfect. Hip hop, dub step and milder alternative music all sound fantastic with this little bass and it doesn't take over your truck or require extra battery power/upgraded alternator.
Pros: Good punch, accurate sound
Cons:

Not too shabby.
Crutchfield customer from Algoma, WI on 9/14/2021
Produces a surprising amount of bass in such a small package. Depending on the music you're listening to, it seems you have to regularly dial the unit in. I'm either playing with my crossover settings or the level on the remote depending on the music. I've found an okay medium where it responds well, but you can't expect the best bass response all the time. For the price and size, it's a great buy.

Basslink 2
Richard from WILMINGTON, IL on 4/23/2021
I put this in a 2012 Altima. It was tricky to find a good spot to run the power wire. For anyone else looking, the best I found was to take the glove box out and drill a hole where it looks like where a grommet will go. It's easy after that. For the unit itself I really like it. It's pretty much what I was looking for. It fills in the bass just enough to add that fullness to any music. I paired it with a JVC head unit, JVC door and rear speakers and some JBL in the dash. It sounds pretty darn good for only 600 bucks. If you run a JVC or Kenwood head unit be aware of the remote wire remote wire. Mine has a blue and yellow that I thought was the correct wire but it wasn't. A quick call to Cruthfield CS and we got that straightened up in no time. They are second to none in that regard.
Pros: Great for small spaces.
Cons: None I can think of.

Fills in missing bass sounds
Russell from Denver, CO on 2/28/2021
I just finished installing this last component in my 100% Crutchfield system in our Toyota Highlander. Everything performs flawlessly. The addition of this compact sub/amp combo under the passenger seat filled out all of the lower sound frequencies that were missing. It completed the sound that we wanted and could not have been any easier to install. Now I am going to set up the Alpine iLX-W650 to properly provide the right frequencies to the sub and the JVC - CS-DR621 speakers to maximize the sound performance. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I only buy from Crutchfield due to the ease of ordering, ample reviews and technical data for the product, and Crutchfield's ability to tell me what items fit my vehicle(s). The cherry on top is the EXCEPTIONAL customer service any time I have a product question. Thank you again for the amazing products, and customer service. My installs look professional and I am confident to move on to the next project, my 1994 Caprice sedan!
Pros: Size Sound levels Ease of install Quality of product Out performs it size
Cons: Would have liked more "Thump"

This small form factor sub was great for adding some decent low end to a system that was missing it. It's not going to shake the earth apart, but it will add some nice depth to an otherwise hollow sound.

Not so good average at best
Peter from Rock Hill, SC on 12/19/2020
Don't male the mistake I did. I hard a basslink DC. My wife and I moved and the movers damaged it. So I replaced it with the basslink SM. That was a mistake. The basslink DC is far ahead of the SM. The SM is purposed for inside the car. In the trunk and you think it would amplify the bass - no way! You can't tell the difference. The DC packs the punch of deep bass. I hope I can sell it. Not worth it for the money.
Pros: ? None I know of
Cons: Berry little bass boost over my car door Infinity Kappa speakers

I have a 2008 Ford F-150 leaving room for a subwoofer limited. This compact subwoofer is a left me with many instal options as far as location. Fits nicely under any seat, and having a built in amp means Having an even smaller footprint. This subwoofer combo is very small but surprisingly it fills my Supercab with deep rich bass just fine. May add a second one somewhere down the road, but it holds its own just fine for now.

Just got this puppy and the rest of my wife's new system mounted and installed last night. When we heard this little beast come to life we both looked at each other with grins like little kids on Christmas Day! It is unreal that this little thing puts out the clean beautiful bass that it does - I have no idea how it does it, but it does!!! If you just want songs to sound great and the mirrors to wiggle without being the laughing stock of the neighborhood, this is the purchase for you! I am actually thinking of getting another one for my work van it sounds so good!!
Pros: Prize, sound
Cons: None!!
