Infinity clarity as counted on

Infinity Kappas, what would you expect. Great mid range and brilliant highs with more bass than expected from a 5 and a quarter. Perfect replacement door speaker for my 2001 S10 and the supplied kit made it all work. The only thing extra I had to do was splice the door speaker wires, the supplied wire harness did not have the correct GM adapter plug.
Pros: Easy install and excellent sound.
Cons: None so far.

Excellents sound quality
Eric from Firestone, CO on 8/29/2022
I threw this into the rear speaker of a 2003 ford ranger. To test them I fired up classical music and set the volume low. Sound quality was exceptional. Every instrument filled the cab. I then switched to heavy metal and blasted them. Again, ever instrument was distinctly heard. The only thing I would critique is the wire adapter. These speakers connect via screw on a bare wire. I was sent a wire adapter with connectors on the end. No biggie, I cut the adapters and connected the bare wire.

Installed on a c5 corvette. Put these in the rear as its the only size that will fit. With that said, they fit great. Most guys go with coaxial for the rears. I went with these instead. After instal, they definitely bring more sound to the rear of the car compared to the coaxials I had previously.

Rear door installation - 2002 circa Ford F150 Super Crew Cab
Keith from Littleton, CO on 11/20/2021
2002 Ford F-150
The speakers have a wonderful sound and frequency response. The reason for the four star rating is due to a modified rear seat installation. My vehicle is a 2002 Ford F150 Super Crew Cab. These speakers are advertised as fitting both the front and rear doors using the provided adapter plate. There were no problems with the front door installation but I ran into problems with the rear door as the tweeter dome had physical contact with the inside surface of the plastic door panel. Tia in tech support suggested rather than mounting the speaker on top of the adapter plate, do it the opposite way to gain more space - i.e attach the speaker to the back side of the plate then mount this entire assembly to the truck frame. This modification worked! However, because the speaker flange is 3/16" thick, the adapter plate is now an equal distance from the door structure that can put excess bending deformation on the adapter when secured to the door structure. That was resolved by adding the 3/16" spacers (the white ones) I got at the hardware store; see the last photo. The provided speed nuts did not work with this modification so I used hardware from my supply to mount the speaker to the adapter plate. All-in-all, an effective solution. Kudos to Tia!
Pros: Clear sound and very good frequency response.
Cons: Rear door installations for an circa 2020 F150 Super Crew Cab requires a modified approach. See an explanation in the accompanying review.

Great sound as well as fit. Tried 6.5s, but they rubbed. These are better fit, and sound is balanced with Kappas in rear.

These sound GREAT! Very rich and full of bass. The only thing missing is a gill. (would be great if it came with a simple black mesh one).
Pros: Good bass.
Cons: No grill included.

Worth the extra $
Ray from Baker City, OR on 6/13/2021

Just installed these bad boys in my Jeep Wrangler yesterday. They sound great! Worlds beyond the Pioneer 3-ways I installed a few weeks ago. The old saying of You get what you pay for is true in this case. Highly recommend. I'll update my review as time go by.
Pros: Sound amazing compared to moderately priced speakers of the same size.
Cons: A little spendy but are well worth the extra $.
