Small but Mighty

Had it installed in my 2016 Rogue tp power my JBL Club 64FSL's. It is so small, it fit behind the factory radio. It packs a nice punch when paired along with the JBL Bass Pro Hub. Best bang for the buck. Especially since I still get to use my trunk space and don't have to worry about knocking / disconnecting any speaker or amp connections.

Pros: Size, install flexibility

Cons:

Nice Little Amp

Installed this in my 2021 Veranda Tritoon. I was pleasantly surprised, it's small but packs a punch. Not crazy about the removable panel to adjust settings but can definitely live with it.

Pros: Will fit just about anywhere

Cons: Have to remove a panel to make adjustments.

Wanted to find a small footprint amp to install behind the radio in the dash of my 2006 Mustang. The Apex PA 454 fit easily behind the shallow depth JVC receiver. I'm powering (4) 6x8 JVC coaxial speakers, and this amp pushes them to unbearable volumes without distortion. Handy is that you can use hi or lo input levels, and the front and rear channels can be adjusted individually so the fader in the radio can remain more centered. A side bonus is that the amp is moisture proof and is really meant for UTV's. A waterproof plate must be removed to change settings. I left the plate off since I did not need the moisture proof feature. Overall I would highly recommend the amp.

Pros: Waterproof, small form factor fits anywhere, puts out a lot of sound for a small sized amp.

Cons: Wiring for speakers does not have a plug, the wires go straight into unit. Plate must be removed to adjust settings.

Left channel was not working when I received it. Had to waste money on all my connectors and my time. Replacement is on the way.

Love this thing. Was super easy to wire it to our 4 speakers. It does draw a lot of power so make sure you ground it directly to the battery or get it a battery of its own

Easy to install and nice increase in volume and clarity of a factory installed four channel boat stereo without having to tie up a bunch of battery power. I powered this with 10 gauge wire to a factory installed bus bar under the consul instead of running a connection all the way back directly to the battery because of the low power of this amp. Seems to be plenty of power. We'll see how it works long-term!
