Their Concert 601C 6-1/2" component speaker system delivers a strong sound with a striking design, accented by JBL's "exclamation point" logo on the separate tweeter and external crossover. And the speaker's patented Plus One™ structure extends the surface area of the polypropylene woofer cone to give you a better low-frequency experience. Grilles are included.
A match for any system
These 3-ohm speakers are sensitive enough that you can power them with an aftermarket stereo, but you'll get even better results feeding them power from an outboard amp. JBL also gives you control over the tweeter volume with two selectable output levels.

Features
Plus One+ Woofer Cones: Each speaker uses a larger cone than other speakers of the same size. This is accomplished by using a unique basket design and hi-roll surround. The Plus One+ design offers greater bass output and an increase in efficiency.
Woofer Size Classification: These speakers are marketed as 6½"; the woofers will fit standard 6½ speaker openings, but do not use the industry standard bolt pattern (then again, neither do many car manufacturers at this point). In most 6½ applications, new holes will need to be drilled in the mounting surface of the car. Without drilling new screw holes, the speakers fit many standard 6¾ applications. High-Output Design: The 3Ω voice coil design compensates for the high in-line resistance of small gauge factory wiring, extracting more power from factory (or aftermarket) receivers. This results in clearer, richer sound for the listener.
Tweeter Mounting Options: The tweeters include brackets to allow flat surface mounting and angled surface mounting (approximately 40°).

Crossover Connections: The crossovers' inputs and outputs are screw terminals; they will accommodate bare wire or spade connectors up to 0.3125" wide. A switch on each crossover allows you to set the tweeter output level according to system requirements and personal preference; choose +2 dB or 0 dB.

Good sound quality for the money. Comes with the wire adapter to easily affix to the existing connector. Had to drill new holes to get the hardware provided to secure the speakers. Accidently punctured a small hole in the poly but the sound is still decent.
