Ready to jumpstart the party? Plug a JBL PartyBox 200 powered speaker into an outlet and start rocking. This rugged Bluetooth speaker delivers beefy, hard-hitting sound to get toes tapping. And its three-mode light effects help set the mood.

If anyone wants to sing or play along with the music, the PartyBox has both guitar and microphone inputs. Stream tunes via Bluetooth from your smartphone or tablet. Or plug in a flash drive preloaded with your party mix.

Making connections

You might use a Bluetooth phone or tablet as the music source most of the time, but you have other options, too. The stereo RCA input lets you connect a CD player or a turntable with built-in phono preamp. A USB port on the back lets you plug in flash drives.

There are two 1/4” input jacks — one for a microphone, the other for a guitar. Volume control knobs let you control their levels. These inputs let you either sing or play along to music already playing through the PartyBox 200. It's Open Mic Night in your living room.

Customer Q&A

1 question already asked

I already have 2 Partybox 100 speakers and I'm considering getting 2 new Partybox 200 speakers because they're not priced for much more than the PB 100's. However, I want to have the option of running all 4 PB speakers at the same time from one device. Is this even going to be possible? If so, will it be possible wirelessly or will I have to connect the speakers with RCA cables - or am I chasing my tail altogether? Also, if I can't connect wirelessly and I'm forced to connect the speakers using RCA cables, am I going to experience an ugly signal lag? Please help a brother make an informative decision. Thank you!

I hit a key on my keyboard and it wouldn't let me continue typing...only submit. I just wanted to close and say that Crutchfield's customer service is great. They should be able to answer your question and offer instructions (if possible) easily if you get them on the phone or via online chat. Good Luck! ~Terry

Hey Vinnie - I bought my son just the one Partybox 200, so I don't have any experience with the Bluetooth signal split process we learned was an option after we bought it. I just briefly read the manual on the option to add a 2nd Partybox for stereo output. But just have the one so no experience with 2/channel. I like the idea though. I just put together a vintage home system ('70s Kenwood receiver) and stacked Advent speakers.
