A 3.5mm (1/8") jack lets you play audio from a portable device's headphone output. Three top-panel buttons let you add sound effects such as hand-clapping, horn, and scratching. There's also an "Echo" mode which adds an echo effect to your audio.

Q
Can I trade this 710 JBL Party Box for a party box that don't need to be plugged in and has a battery?
jennie may  Jun 13, 2025

A
Greetings Jennie. Thank you for your question. If you purchased this from Crutchfield, we have a 60 day return policy, and would be happy to exchange it for another. If purchased elsewhere, you may check with that retailer and ask if they have a similar return policy. Other than that we do not take trade ins.

HI. I have 2 JBL 710 partybox (TWS stereo mode) could I add two more JBL 710 speaker like 2 speakers left and 2 speakers right using Daisy chain, I try to find some video to show this 4 speakers' stereo connection? and none made one video

A
Greetings Oscar. My guess is nobody need to have 4 of them. You can use the audio out 3.5mm to another party box 710 aux in or daisy input ad make two lefts, and again do the same with the two rights. You will have two left speakers, and two right speakers.

Q
Can I pair a Bluetooth wireless mic to the party box to use as a PA?
judi  Jul 09, 2024
1 answer
A
Greetings Judi. Thank you for your question. I guess it will depend on the Bluetooth microphone. If that microphone also comes with a receiver that can plug into the JBL's mic input, yes that would work. Also, JBL offers a wireless microphone kit which will work on the speaker. https://www.crutchfield.com/p_109WRLSMIC/JBL-Dual-Wireless-Microphone-System.html

Q
Can you link Two together?
gerald  Mar 01, 2024
1 answer
A
Greetings Gerald. Two options, they can be stereo paired. One a left and the other a right speaker for stereo separation. and Two, they can be mono, but one would need to be wired to the other. In that case you would use a stereo 3.5 mm cable.

Q
I'm an avid JBL fan/listener. Being so,I'm about to purchase an Party Box 710 or 1000. Here's the thing/dilemma...neither one has a built in L-ion battery pack like quadruple 26650s for instance. That being said if one is apt to and has the means to install and wire up something along the lines of say 4 26650 batteries in parallel - Would this power option first be powerful enough to drive these amplified speakers? and secondly do you think said power option would be enough in terms of play time longevity ?

A
Benjamin I won't be able to answer any of those questions, we wouldn't advise using these in any situation other than powering them by the factory recommended AC plug. That being said, if you are wishing to build a custom battery bank you'll need to first use the 710/1000 (whichever model you choose) on an AC outlet and get some accurate measurements of power draw, then design your system carefully from there. Powering these off anything other than an approved AC outlet will also void your warranty. If you can get away with around 18 hours playtime and don't want to go through the trouble of a power cell, I would strongly consider using a couple of these 310's in the link below, these really bang for the size and have the battery pack installed! You can also daisy chain these so instead of 2 710's you could go with four, six, as many as you want of these. I hope this helps Benjamin. https://www.crutchfield.com/p_109PBOX310/JBL-PartyBox-310.html

Q
Can you pair a JBL Partybox 710 to another JBL Partybox such as the 110 or 310?
edwin  May 19, 2022
1 answer
A
They all support the TWS or true wireless stereo setup. Pairing two different PartyBoxes together will create an unbalanced sound as one will be stronger and louder than the other. It is best to use two PartyBoxes of equal performance to keep the left and right audio channels balanced
