Overview: The JBL Soundgear Sense true wireless earphones feature OpenSound technology. They rest on the curve of your ear but don't obstruct the ear canal. The sound is directed into your ears, while an opposite phase signal prevents sound leakage. Adjustable earhooks hold and position the earbuds on your ears for best sound and comfort. For extra security, you can attach the supplied neckband to prevent losing an earbud during vigorous activity. The Soundgear Sense earbuds charge in the included charging case.

Adjustable Earhooks: The earbud hooks go behind and around the outer ear for a secure fit. To center the driver directly over the ear canal, you can twist the earbud to raise or lower it to one of four available positions.

Bluetooth 5.3: The earbuds are powered by Bluetooth version 5.3 with the following profiles: HFP 1.8, A2DP 1.4, and AVRCP 1.6.2. You can connect up to two Bluetooth devices at the same time (multipoint) and switch between them, as needed. You can use both earphones in a stereo configuration, or only one (left or right) in mono mode.

Drivers: The Soundgear Sense earbuds are equipped with specially designed 16.2mm dynamic drivers. A unique algorithm enhances the bass and delivers clear highs for an amazing audio performance.

Touch Controls: The earbuds feature touch controls for music playback, phone calls, microphone mute, and to activate your phone's voice assistant:

• Left Earbud: Volume Up (1x), Volume Down (2x), Answer/End phone call (2x), Mute/unmute mic (hold), Voice Assistant (hold)
• Right Earbud: Play/pause (1x), skip forward (2x), skip backward (3x), Answer/End phone call (2x), Mute/unmute mic (hold), Voice Assistant (hold).

Microphones: Each earbud has two microphones to deliver crystal clear phone calls. Even on a windy day, your voice will come through clearly.

OpenSound Technology: JBL's OpenSound Technology provides a natural sound experience. The drivers sit just outside of the ear canal, and use air conduction to direct the sound into the ear. Since the ear canal is not obstructed, you can hear the world around you as you listen to your content. To prevent sound leakage, the earbuds emit an opposite phase signal to significantly reduce sound coming from the back of the drivers.

Neckband: A slender plastic neckband is included to help you prevent the loss of an earbud while you work out. The ends of each earhook insert into the holes at the ends of the neckband to hold the earphones in place during vigorous activity. You can wear the hybrid Soundgear Sense earbuds as true wireless (without the neckband) or with the neckband.

IP54: The Soundgear Sense earbuds are built with an IP54 waterproof rating to withstand sweat from working out or from a light rainfall. It is also dustproof.

Battery: The Soundgear Sense earbuds and charging case are equipped with Lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. Each earbud has a 3.85V 70mAh battery, while the case has a 3.8V 600mAh battery. The earbuds charge inside the case in approximately 2 hours. With fully charged batteries, the earbuds have a music playtime of 6 hours and a talk time of 3.5 hours. A 15-minute quick charge gives you another 4 hours of music playback. The charging case has enough battery power to charge the earbuds an additional three times for a total of 24 hours. The charging case can be charged via the included USB cable and a USB wall charger with an output of 5V 1A.

My JBL Headphones App: The free JBL Headphones App lets you adjust the sound of your headphones to your taste. With preset EQ modes (Jazz, Vocal, Bass, Club, Studio) and adjustable EQ curves, you can customize your listening experience. You can customize the touch control gestures for each earbud, as desired. The app also lets you keep up with the individual battery level of each earphone at a glance. The JBL Headphones App is available from the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPod touch with iOS version 14.0 or later, and for Android devices running version 7.0 and up.

Voice Assistants: The Soundgear Sense is compatible with the native voice assistant of your smartphone, including Google Assistant, Bixby, or Siri.
