Great fit and function
Lee from Jax Bch , FL on 6/18/2025
2005 Toyota Camry
Replaced my 2005 Toyota Camry factory radio/cd unit. This was a great upgrade, good sound, easy functions, solid Bluetooth connection, nice touchscreen function. I did need the additional harness to connect the 2 factory clusters to the single Jensen port on the back of the unit. Also needed the dash kit because this unit was smaller than the factory dash opening. After all installed it looks great and functions even better. Great unit for the price.
Pros: Great fit Easy install Good quality operation
Cons: Required the additional wiring harness

Hitting
David from Glenpool, OK on 6/6/2025

Hitting lil unit, the price is nice for the unit as it is. Can't give a 5 rating as it's not hooked in yet. However, I've see/heard one in another vehicle, and would definitely recommend it, especially if looking for a good unit at a low price, does it's job quite nicely.
Pros: RCA output for adding subs. Steering wheel controls and AV/Back-up camera capable.
Cons: None I've seen yet.

Solid replacement, easy to use
Travis from Fremont, IA on 4/27/2025

The unit performs well and is easy to set up and use. J Link works well too. I bought simply to have Bluetooth option in an older vehicle and it works as advertised. Only thing I would improve would be the volume knob is to the small side and lacks texture. May not be an issue for some but in the housing it sits in my my install it's not the easiest thing to get ahold of. Even just some grooves cut in for grip would make a big difference. But the unit as a whole works great!
Pros: Easy install, simple controls, J Link
Cons: Volume knob small, different background options would be nice

First I'd like to Thank the Crutchfield Team for Always offering Laser Fast and Free shipping, this Jensen unit arrived this afternoon and I had the installation complete in no time at all. The Metra dash kit and wiring was smooth and painless. The sound quality is great for an entry level unit, backup camera video quality was crystal clear. I may add an amp and sub to my truck, that's another note for later. No disappointment whatsoever from this Jensen unit! Setup was self explanatory and I was finished before dark! I've purchased from Crutchfield many times and as always I am not disappointed.

Affordable option + exceptional service and support
Kainalu from Kaunakakai, HI on 3/20/2025
2005 Toyota Tundra
I will start by saying I am someone who has 0 experience when it comes to auto installations especially with anything electrical. With that being said I took a chance and ordered what the site said would fit my vehicle and although the task itself may seem really novice level type of work for someone who has no clue its a big deal. I trusted that the components would fit based off of what the site said would, I spent the extra on the wiring harness and tools needed to simplify the process. When I received the product I read the directions and followed it to the T! with some additional youtube videos and forums confirmation I was able to successfully install the head unity and make it look seamless and the fact that it functions is super cool and to think that I did that as simple as it may be for some I was so surprised at the ease and the support offered by Crutchfield, it was my first experience doing business with them and most definitely will not be the last time I do business with them. The clarity of directions provided and the options to simplify the task by optional wiring harness and tool kit add on was truly a big help for me. I will be purchasing new replacement component speakers in a few weeks because of the reasons I mentioned above. If anyone is considering purchasing from Crutchfield I highly encourage you to do so, do not hesitate I can assure you that these guys are the way to go hands down 6 out of 5 stars! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
Pros: available support, clear directions, options to simplify install, communication with support was seamless, if you can read you can install anything sold here, quick shipment time, quality of product was satisfactory, no complaints to be made from my experience, friendly staff, honest, true,
Cons: non at the moment

William from Woodbridge, VA on 1/22/2025

Almost perfect for the price point. I would've liked to see a few more customization options in the settings, but besides that it is a phenomenal product. The dial feels a little flimsy but it's 100x better than having no dial at all. Pairing Bluetooth was not the most straigh forward experience I've had (it requires downloading an app in order to do any Bluetooth connectivity), but it's been a reliable connection that connects automatically when I turn it on, and even pauses my music when I shut the car off. The installation process was a bit difficult for me since I don't work on my car much, but customer service was able to walk me through the issue quickly and clearly. The only installation issue I had was that the wiring guide was not clear as to how the pin out was oriented on the car's internal wiring.

Wanted an inexpensive unit I paid more in the long run
Monica from Odessa, TX on 11/12/2024
2011 Chevrolet Cruze
Did not like this unit at all. Had so many issues with instal after I paid extra for the preconnected harness. Unit would not sit right in vehicle so I purchased another metro dash kit that ended up fitting better but lost my USB OEM plug in the armrest not to mention I ended up flashing the Maestro unit (4x)which cost me double of the head unit price? Steering wheel controls still don't work & ended up buying a Dual unit from the local big box store because I wanted something with Apple CarPlay for my daughter but after spending $300 Steering wheel controls still don't work?
Pros: Looked ok but was very cheap looking & USB port would not work . Knob would hit trim panel
Cons: See review.

it dose what it's supposed to do for the price. i read some reviews and someone said the volume knob is small, and it is. the sides of the knob are smooth so trying to use the side of your finger doesn't work well. i installed this unit in a 2006 sienna with the JBL system keeping the OEM amp. now i don't know if it was me and something i did but only the front speaks are audible the rear and sub you can't hear unless you put your ear to it. i plan on upgrading everything soon so it's usable for now. but all in all it's a good unit and don't regret buying it

Nice receiver

I think it's a nice receiver. I installed it into a 2013 Kia Sorento. It fits and looks good. Pay the extra money and have plugs made. It took longer to take old radio out than it took to install this one. Plug and play. Volume knob is really small, or I would have given 5 stars
Pros: Easy to use. Looks and sounds pretty good.
Cons: Volume knob is small and is tight to side. It's kind of hard to adjust volume. However, if you push volume, it mutes, and a touch screen volume adjuster shows up and I use that.

An inexpensive, and cheap head unit.
David from Martin, TN on 10/1/2024
2005 Chevrolet Corvette
So this is an Ok head unit for the money. It does almost everything I was looking for, just not as well as a more expensive unit might have. I did save money and got exactly what I paid for. The number one thing I wanted was a unit with a built-in mic. This is one of the few that has one, and it works very well. The 2nd most important thing was Bluetooth, and that work, but not very well. Finally the display, controls, and touchscreen work, but also not super well. The knob is too small, the screen is too dim, the startup is too slow, and customization options are basically none existent. I am not super happy with my choice. I haven't decided if I will keep it or not.
Pros: This unit clicks most of the boxes I wanted. It's very affordable. It is one of the VERY few units with a Built-in mic! It has an actual knob for volume control. It does Bluetooth and also has a built-in digital assistant button for hands-free operation without built in Android auto. So, overall, it's affordable and has some good features.
Cons: It is slow to start. so slow that you have to wait before you put the car in reverse. Otherwise, while you're backing up, the backup camera will go off and the radio screen will appear. It does have a knob, but it's VERY small and not easy to use. Customization options are basically non-existent. Bluetooth media will not auto-play, you have to manually start it every single time, which is really annoying. Overall, it's cheap, and the good features don't work very well.
