Received in timely manner and it fit perfectly. Evidently my particular radio does not included the need for a wired input so that function is not applicable. The adapter was required in order to connect the antenna to my Sirius trying to improve reception. That part did not help.

When installing this adapter, make sure you connect the 'extra' blue wire to the power antenna connection or switched power (Ignition switch controlled). If you don't, you'll get REALLY BAD reception on your new receiver because this is the power connection to the antenna amplifier! I guess the adapter was designed for Nissan products but works equally well with my Honda Fit with aftermarket receiver. Only negative comment... NO INSTRUCTIONS!
