The price was great, however as I read in earlier reviews, the antenna was wobbly. I bought it anyway and it was very wobbly. I little rubber silicon and the wobble was fixed. It works as advertised but does require special attention if you want to keep it from wobbling.

Pros: Easy to install and the price is right.

Cons: Wobbles, but a little rubber silicon will fix it.

This antenna no longer in Jeep inventory. If you need one its Crutchfield. Crutchfield price for same antenna is lower than other vendors.

Pros: Good quality for after market replacement. Lucky it is available.

The antenna works fine but is of poor quality. The male threaded stud that attaches to the car is secured to the fender mount by crimping the cable while a splined plastic sleeve is pulled tight against the fender mount. Mine was not pulled tight when he cable was crimped and that ment that the antenna "wobbled" once installed. As it turns out the space between the threaded stud and the plastic sleeve was roughly the thikness of saftey wire so I twisted one wrap between them and it thightened things up. The plastic fender trim piece covers the saftey wire nicely so everything looks as it should. It's a low cost antenna that you might have to "make" work.
