Plug and play. Worked perfectly for my project.
Pros: Connector is a perfect fit.
Cons: A bit more length would be nice for the wires. It would allow for move movement of the speaker when installing.

Genius fix.

These are such a simple idea. My JBL connection is in the lower corner of the front window. It's mounted to the pillar at the very base and if I had to cut the connector off to splice speaker wires. I would have had less than 2 inches to play with at arms length in the 20 degree space between the dash and the windshield. I'm not sure a hamster would fits it's paw in that space.
Pros: Plug & listen.
Cons: None

These were actually good. Snapped into the factory harness and worked without issue. The ONLY complaint I have is they used a .125 FISO flared end terminal (the small one) instead of a .125 FISO standard terminal. I had to cut down the flared part to fit it through the holes, but that was it.

Perfect fit for 4 door 99 Blazer
Tony from Ashburn, VA on 9/30/2009
These snapped perfectly into the OEM wire harness on the rear doors of my Blazer. A few things to note during your install however: if you are not soldering the ends, the speaker clip on the positive lead (the bigger of the two) will not fit through the hole between the OEM speaker mount and the door. You will have to modify it. I clipped off the tabs that were used to hold the old wiring in place and was able to squeeze it through fairly easily. Also, due to the length of the speaker harness, I had to rotate the speaker sideways in order to give the wires some slack. This is not really an issue, as the speaker still performs just fine and once the door panel is re-installed makes it very hard to notice. Lastly, (and more a problem for polk than the harness), there was a transistor on my polk 651dbs speakers that was placed very close to the positive speaker post. Because of this the plastic cover on the positive speaker clip gouged into the coating surrounding the transistor. So beware if you are installing those speakers. I gently rolled the transistor to the side when connecting the speaker clip and then let it press back on the clip afterward.
