Worked perfectly on a 2021 Sprinter. Literally, plug and play. Tape the two wires you aren't using up as they can flop around and get rattle inside you speaker.

Great replacement as an alternative to the male connector located on top of the factory mount. I used the wires when soldering them to the factory connector, then the wires just slipped on the speaker leads.

These are great plug and play. Just different because of the 2 plugs.
Pros: Plugs right in
Cons: 2 sets of wires so you have to make sure you wire black and white on the right side

Will recommend this to everyone that is putting in aftermarket Components you could plug-in aftermarket components with this without cutting or splicing into factory plugs.
Pros: No look at or do anything plugs right into the factory harness could pull out if I want to put battery speaker back in
Cons: Just needed to modified negative side because my aftermarket speakers was too big for plug that I was using
