Works great with a Kenwood DDX396 Easy install, looks pretty flush, tiny tiny gap above and below head unit but you can't really tell unless you're really looking for it.

Cons: Tiny gap above and below head unit, barely noticeable A bit flimsy

1992 Lexus SC300
This dash kit isn't the best for this car (1992 Lexus SC300) since there is a large group of connectors that don't mount on to this dash Kit as they did in the original steel brackets. They will simply float/sit freely after closing everything up. It is not as rigid as the original steel but I don't see that as a problem. Make sure that the freely floating connectors are secured as well as you can. I'll know more after 6 months or a year have passed to see how the new system is holding up. So far the new Sony head unit is mounted very nicely in it and looks and functions as it should.

Fit very well and looks nice. Seems kinda flimsy, it moves more and you have to be careful not to break it during install.

The plastic is certainly not as sturdy as the factory metal bracket but it ultimately does the trick. The metal factory bracket has another clip in the rear of it that holds another plastic harness box that this aftermarket does not have. It is not necessary as the harness box can just rest in place but it would be nice to be able to replace the factory bracket with a piece just like it. Ultimately it did work and I have no real complaints.
Pros: The color matched pretty well and it was easy to install for any competent DIYer.
Cons: The metal factory bracket has another clip in the rear of it that holds another plastic harness box that this aftermarket does not have. There's also another prong that bolts to the chasis of the car that is missing from this bracket but it hasn't proved necessary thus far.

Good quality plastic with a fairly good match on color. Fitting is great along the top and sides but poor along the bottom. There's a gap between the bottom of the dash kit and the top edge of the door for the ash tray and when lighting is right, the wiring behind the unit is visible.
Pros: Easy to use and sturdy.
Cons: Fitting could be improved. Color match to factory dash could be improved.

Not very well made to hold in the climate control unit and the receiver.
Pros: Face plate is the only thing, I fill is worth using.
Cons: Don't use the plastic side supports, use the existing steel side supports and drill holes to fit new receiver.
