All in all this worked out well. Clips were an issue and had to use the OEM clips.

When this kit is used with the iDatalink Connec HRN-RR-FO2 Factory Integration Adapter the 4.2" LCD Screen does not work anymore. Now I have a hole in the dash where the 4.2" LCD Screen was. No help from Crutchfield to correct the problem. The van is a 2017 Ford Transit Connect Van.

Easy Install

This dash kit was honestly the easiest kit i have ever installed! The only issue i had was the airbag light was installed upside down when i opened the package. Four screws and the indicator was able to be rotated and secured once again. The air vents easily snapped into place with factory style connections and the entire assembly snapped into position perfectly with no issues. The assembly was even removed a few times afterwards due to my wiring mistake and never had any issues. If anybody is looking to replace the crappy factory radio with a touch screen, look no further than this dash kit for an easy installation. 2016 Ford Transit Connect XLT

Looks great and fit into the dash very easily. The air ducts on each side did not line up with the openings. Ended up needing to use a construction glue and clamps to make it work.

Fits well and standardizes the dashboard

installed in a 2015 Ford Transit Connect Passenger, XLT. The grey version is not the same grey/silver as the OEM, but I actually like it better. Closer to the lower plastics and less shiny. The kit worked well and installed just as easily as the OEM. Best of all, now the dashboard is a standardized 1 - 2 DIN layout instead of the weird Nokia-phone replica oddity with no bluetooth (did not have steering wheel controls) that Ford felt inclined to put in these units.

Fit was nice except for the air vents. Used T rex duct tape to hold a couple of clips in place as well as at he bottom on both sides. That seems to do the trick. Only other concern is that Metra does not make a kit for vans without the 4" screen like my van. Will need to come up with a way to cover hole or better yet improvise a storage area like factory unit. (Hoped I could swap the top cubby unit of the stock dash but would not fit)

Not bad, nice paint and fit, however air vents do NOT stay in place well, however install was successful.
