Climate module doesnt work

I wanted to like this because I got it for my girlfriends car. Showed it was a perfect fit. Swapped everything over and couldn't get power to the climate display. Tried just about everything and even got a replacement display thinking it was faulty. Called 2 reps and one said it should work, the other had informed me it wouldn't even work for the car. It's a 2019 Kia optima with auto climate control like the listing says it needs. No upgraded sound, just basic. If I would've know that sooner I would've just saved the money and got the harness and faceplate and basic module. Now it just sits there. If there's some crazy fix to this I'd really love to know.

It works kinda, could of been better

Instructions weren't very good, especially for the price that you're paying for the kid!! and it came with a lot of things that wasn't even for my car.. it would have been more helpful if they included a pinout for the three plugs in the back of the radio because there was no info on what to do with the c plug because there's three of them and only two got used, wanted to keep my factory microphone but there was no details how to do that?
