Axxess AXBUCS-NI406V

Axxess designed their AXBUCS-NI406V adapter to allow you to connect the steering wheel audio controls (if equipped) in select 2016-19 Nissan vehicles to a new car stereo without having to splice into your factory wiring. You'll need the Axxess AXSWC or ASWC-1 steering wheel control interface (sold separately) and a compatible aftermarket radio to use this harness. You'll also need a vehicle-specific wiring harness to install your aftermarket stereo; you'll see installation packages when you add a car stereo to your cart.

Backup cam and aux input

You'll retain the use of your Nissan's backup cam if you're installing a car stereo with a camera input. The package includes the AXCSD-6V 12-volt-to-6-volt converter you'll need to power your backup camera. You'll also be able to use the handy auxiliary input in your Nissan (if equipped).

Vehicle compatibility: The Axxess Integrate AXBUCS-NI406V harness is compatible with the 2016-up Nissan Maxima without factory amplifier.

Retained Features: When installing an aftermarket radio in a 2016-up Nissan Maxima, the Axxess Integrate AXBUCS-NI406V harness allows you to retain the following factory features that are normally lost when removing the factory radio.

Steering Wheel Controls: The AXBUCS-NI406V harness allows you to retain your factory installed steering wheel controls without having to splice into your vehicle's factory wiring, using the Axxess Steering Wheel Control Interface (120ASWC1, sold separately).
Aux Input: The AXBUCS-NI406V includes stereo male RCA connectors that allow you to retain your factory installed 3.5mm jack (your aftermarket radio must also have a rear-panel stereo Aux input).
Backup Camera: In addition, the AXBUCS-NI406V harness includes a composite video connector to allow you to retain your factory installed backup camera.

Note: Additional kit and wiring harness will also be needed to complete installation.

Navigation Outputs: The AXBUCS-NI406V provides the following navigation outputs to make installing an aftermarket Navigation radio simpler and less time consuming.
