Simple to use and Versatile

Wonderful item that boosted the Clarity and Definition of my older CD player that I was not originally aware had a digital Coaxial output. A no brainer that made me love CD's again. Not only work for my CD player but also for my TV audio and DVD/Blue Ray audio. Simple to use and Versatile
Pros: Great Audio with more clarity and definition (Hold on to your old CD's) Great price Versatile with many options for connections. Able to connect to my older CD player as well to my older receiver without digital connections
Cons: Wish it had its own on /off switch. Unfortunately, my old CD player does not have its own USB based powered connection to run to the DAC. This would not prevent me from buying another since the audio is great PLUS most newer devices have USB based power to run to the DAC.

This was used to connect the digital audio out connection of an LG TV to a transmitter that supplies audio signals to a pair of hearing aids via an iPhone app. TOSLINK optical audio cables were used to connect each part to the next one. It is working, and I am pleased.

Couldn't stay connected

This worked only intermittently on my Sony Bravia 0LED TV. I was on the phone for about an hour with their tech-support trying to get it to work. I have an old analog stereo, we tried to use E arc, And unfortunately, it would work for about 15 seconds, and then it would default back to the television speakers. Had to return it.
