Great Solution to Avoid Fabrication

A great kit that saves a lot of time and fabrication work. Won't work with all vehicles, but should work in most due to the adjustments you can easily make with the kit to make everything fit. My only complaint is that the kit is gloss black. Would have preferred a matte or at least had the option to choose matte.
Pros: Clean final product. Robust construction. Minimal test fitting required.
Cons: Screen housing doesn't come off easily if you need to access radio wiring again.

2005 Toyota 4Runner
I purchased this unit to fit in the dash area of a 4th generation 4runner, assembly required fitting to a previously installed Metra unit. Two different sets of legs come with this unit to adjust tilt which is quite nice, included screen cradle/bezel seems to be a bare glossy plastic which I don't think makes a ton of sense in a vehicle, could benefit from a stronger textured plastic housing to reduce glare and fingerprinting.

Absolutely love this Dash kit piece for my new pioneer floating screen!! it allowed a perfect fit in my 2016 RAM 1500. thank you Crutchfield for the exact recommendation... would NOT have mounted without it!! Happy customer once again!!????

First order arrived with some parts belonging to a 109-un02 kit. A replacement order was sent promptly. That's the good news. The bad news is that the replacement had the same exact problem. Very poor quality control. So now I have to find the part having wasted a week and perhaps at a greater price.

2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
The guys at the sound shop were impressed and said it was easy to work with - the first one they had installed and wished they had it at a trade show recently. Does the job without cutting into the vehicle.
Pros: Major sound improvement in stock sprakera
Cons: Would have liked it if it stuck out a half inch less.
