Woks okay, but not perfect

Volume control works okay, but level is not linear. It needs to be positioned more than half way up to hear anything. 4 other controls (different manufacturer) are much more linear. The VS100 control is set to nearly 3/4 to have similar sound level of other rooms with different controls set to about 1/4 (see photos). Maybe the jumpers for impedance matching need to be changed to fewer speakers in parallel. Also, the weight of the four 14-2 speaker wires pulls the connector out of the control, requiring a zip tie to ensure leads can't pull out.

Pros: Decent quality, simple installation

Cons: Non-linear sound output,; poor documentation (no pictures) for setting jumpers; connects don't lock, allowing heavy speaker wires to pull connector out of control without securing with zip tie.

The VS100 volume control works flawlessly and had more than the typical accessories commonly found in ANY peripheral electronic device. Bezels, sliders, and background of the three common switch colors included plus all the necessary hardware OF THE SAME COLOR OPTIONS! This is the best control for a 100w output you can possibly purchase.

Pros: Inexpensive, color selection of beZeus and sliders, easy hookup. Flawless operation.
