Pioneer VREC-DH300D

Very easy to install, I used a not-Pioneer hardwire kit without issue. The wire from the rear camera is large and made it tricky to fish through the factory rubber wire grommet between my hatch and the rest of the car, but that's more of an FYI than a black mark. Really happy with this camera, especially for the price.

Pioneer in-car camera
Michael from Altoona, IA on 6/14/2023
Overall very good so far. Instructions are a little vague as far as set-up but you can navigate the menu and figure out the functions. Install was straight forward. Most difficult thing was routing the cables for both cameras.
Pros: Easy to install. Plenty of cable to route anywhere in the vehicle.
Cons: Instructions vague on setting up camera. Have to navigate the menu to figure things out. Especially true with orientation of rear-facing camera

Good camera

I installed this camera system in my Ram pick-up. Set up was fairly straight forward. The instructions were okay, typical of something printed in China. The only caution I have is in the installation of the rear camera; there are no instructions on how to orient the camera, no markings on the camera which way is up. Your best bet is to temporarily mount the camera to make sure it oriented right before permanently mounting it.
Pros: Good quality pictures.
Cons: Directions aren't the best.

Satisfactory

Very good Dash Cam combo. The options are super but not overwhelming. I simply wish it accepted a microSD card larger than 128GB.
