A must for multiple VXI amplifiers
Jason from Elk River, MN on 12/28/2023
Easy hookup. No external power needed. A must if you are using more than one VXI Amp and need to use TUN software.
Pros: Optical in. Multiple VXI amp configuration using TUN software for tuning within the same session
Cons:

Makes Networking so much easier with 4 VXi amps!
Riku from Fort Myers, FL on 11/22/2023
Excellent hub! My VXi amplifiers are all optically connected and makes DSP tuning easy. On 2 - 600/6i and 2- 1000/1i amplifiers. Make sure you run remote wires because the hub is not powered so the amps have to be awake before the hub works. I wish I would have known that because it is easier to run the remote wires when building the amp rack, not in the back seat of my truck!
Pros: Builds network for easy tuning and troubleshooting
Cons: Still requires remote wires to turn on amps because the hub is not powered.

For sophisticated systems only!
Wayne from Jacksonville, FL on 4/28/2022
Thank you JL Audio for creating this product to allow us to network our equipment together. Having multiple amps and allowing them to communicate so we can tune the DSP specifically to our needs is just wonderful. The fiber optic is necessary for a full on digital system and can daisy chain to each amp in the network. ( the ports act like a pass through if you were unsure.) Disclaimer: This JL Audio network hub is only needed for sophisticated systems. There is no need to use this if you're only using a vxi multichannel amp injunction with a vxi mono block. Example: 1 x Vx600/6i with a Vx1000/1i. However where its purpose really shines is when you have a sophisticated system that has 2 multi channel amps combined with 1 or more Mono block amps. Example: 1 x Vx600/2i, 1 x Vx600/6i, with 1 or 2 Vx1000/1i or Vx600/1i amps. 4 amps total, up to 5 amps
Pros: Does what it's designed to do. Communications only Fiber Optic daisy chain. 24bit High Quality. Power over ethernet (PoE)
Cons: Price. Does not passthrough audio.
