I would give "0" if possible! Day 8 after purchase with a brand new tidewater boat. Blue tooth fails to connect. Fails to reboot! No instructions in owners manual how to fix this! Literally only turned on 3 times and once was at the dealers and the messaged "Bluetooth failed." This is a piece of crap!

I bought the MM50 to replace my older Clarion deck mostly for the Bluetooth connectivity. I thought I might have to replace my 6 1/2 Kickers as well because they weren't sounding as good as when they were new, but I was very pleasantly surprised how much a difference just changing the head unit made. It's an awesome head unit that doesn't take up a lot of dash space.

Put this unit on my pontoon boat to replace the old kicker head unit! Nice unit with a lot of features it's kind of quirky though learning how to navigate through the different settings!
Pros: Nice unit sounds good lots of features able to control separate bass control knob lots of pre-out
Cons: expensive!

Installed in my Pontoon boat. I am very happy. I bought because of pre-amp outs. Going to a JL- MHD 5/900. Much more easier to use than existing radio. Lots of set up options.

Great for a boat, not 4 SxS's

Installed in a 2021 Can Am HD 10 Limited. The MM 50 was just what I wanted except...it is not for power sports at all. It is designed for a boat. Every time key is turned to aux or to start the SxS, it will turn on, cycle, then turn off. You then must physically turn the MM 50 on. Then it will finally connect to your Bluetooth device. Maybe not a big deal to some, it was a deal breaker for me. It is designed to save ur boats battery. Awesome head unit, just not for SxS's
Pros: It's an all around awesome marine head unit!
Cons: Powers on and off every time it's powered up.

I was very satisfied with my new jl Audio radio's I actually installed one in each of my boats. I found its very user friendly without a bunch of unnecessary features that will never be used. The best features are: Very easy to connect to Bluetooth, speaker zone control very simple to use.

Looks great installed in the dash of my pontoon boat. Fit the existing opening fairly well. Easy to see in bright sunlight. Good looking unit. The ability to separate the pigtails make installation easier. Good amount of amplifier power and clean sound. Easy to see in bright sunlight. Good looking unit. Cons: Does not display album art over Bluetooth. Speaker wiring on pigtail is small gauge compared to what you would normally use for speakers. Takes a little time to learn to navigate the UI. Requires a fairly precise rectangular opening for mounting. Not too easy to create in thick fiberglass or work.
