Its 30-watt Power Delivery (PD) port can restore your battery four times faster than standard 5-watt chargers — be sure you use a PD-compatible USB cable for the best results.

The charger's LED light lets you know your device's battery is getting a refill. Scosche even includes a pull-tag to quickly remove the charger from those recessed outlets in some vehicles.

Overview: The PowerVolt PD30 (CPDC30-SP) from Scosche is a USB-C car charger that plugs into your vehicle's 12-volt power port. This compact and powerful car charger is compatible with Power Delivery 3.0 (PD) which is a specification for handling higher power and allows for quick charging over USB. The charger is equipped with special circuitry that communicates between the power source and the device being charged to determine how much power can be pulled from the charger. It achieves the maximum safest and fastest charging rate. The PowerVolt PD30 comes with a 3-year warranty.

USB Charging Output: The PowerVolt PD30 features a USB-C port with a 30-watt output: 5V - 3A, 9V - 3A, and 12V - 2.5A, depending on the connected device. This port charges phones up to 4x as fast as a standard 5W charger. You can charge your USB-C device to approximately 80% in only 50 minutes of charging, compared to 30% for standard chargers. (Actual speed depends on the device and charging cable.)

LED Power Indicator: The PD30 has a blue LED along the top that glows to confirm the charger is getting power from the vehicle's power port.

Compact Size: The PD30 USB-C car charger is 1.44" long and 0.81" in diameter.

Pull-Tag: The PD30 features a small fabric "pull-tag" for easy removal from a power socket. The pull-tag can also be used to attach the PD30 to your keychain for portability.
