Features

Vehicle Compatibility: The retains the factory back-up camera in select 2011-2014 Volkswagen vehicles when replacing the factory radio with an aftermarket receiver that features a composite video camera input.

Connections: The included wiring harness features the following connections.

  • 12-Pin Connector: The black 12-pin connector plugs into the interface module's 12-pin port.
  • Composite Video Jack: The male composite video jack (yellow) plugs into the female composite video input on the back of your aftermarket receiver.
  • Reverse Wire: The reverse wire (blue) hardwires to your aftermarket receiver's reverse gear wire.
  • +12V Constant Wire: The +12-volt constant wire (yellow) needs to be hardwired to +12-volt constant power in the vehicle.
  • Ground Wire: The ground wire (black) needs to be connected to bare metal inside the vehicle.

I bought this product along with the the harness (PAC RP4-VW11) for the BOSS BEE7ACP radio. having a little trouble since i now have 3 ground black wires and yellow and blue wire where should i connect them to on the harness that came with the radio?

Hello. Unfortunately I do not have wiring information for the BOSS audio radio. Curios what vehicle you are working on. The PAC should have a steering wheel controls wire with description as to B+ and B- that I believe te Boss radio has. I am an authorized installer for Crutchfield but these are products I don't have much experience with. Best of luck.. if you call Boss Audio .. they are in Oxnard Ca .. ask for tech support they should be able to walk you through the entire process. Pac-audio also has great tech support.
