What a great way to power my dash cam and simplify its installation! I like that I can select how long to keep the dash cam powered-on and recording after I turn off the engine; 10-min, 24-hours or always-on. All the benefits of hard-wired without having to splice, solder and cut! Great device with Garmin quality!

Just installed by Garmin mini 3, along with the Garmin Constant Power Cable. So far so good. I set it to the 24 hr mode so that my car can have full video coverage while I'm parked and not drain my battery.
Pros: Easy to install, comes with stick velco tape to adhere it under the dash.
Cons: Haven't found any issues yet.

Pros: Easy plug and play. Modified my fuse cover in a Sorento with a utility knife. Looks factory and easier than a tap fuse.

This is a great device and it's the 4th one I've bought now. I use them for my dash cams. My only complaint would be more options are needed to auto power off the device. It only has 10 min. and 24 hours. It would be nice if it offered 1, 2, 4, 8 hour options.

Installed in a '19 Lexus RX350.....very easy, plug and play. The hardest part was running the USB cable from mirror to power cable. No need to mess with an "add a fuse" or something similar to give it constant power. Also helps to leave other USB port free for phone charging, etc. Another quality product by Garmin.
Pros: Constant power if needed, easy to plug and unplug, dual USB ports, Better than having to hard wire to fuse box, leaves other usb ports open

Great product that works flawlessly. Took about 15 minutes to install with a lot of that time spent looking for the right size Torx wrench to remove the rear view mirror. The cord easily tucks behind the trim and I only have around 3" showing. Using with Garmin Dash Cam 47

This item works well when I want to power my camera after shutting down. I have only one observation. While it did not present a substantial problem, having a couple more inches to the power outlet would have been nice.

Easy clean install. I didn't want to tap into the fuse block for constant power. This is a better install and has a second port for future rear camera or to charge your cell phone with the car parked. I like that it has the ability to turn itself off if the battery drops below 12 volts. I was initially worried about that with the hardwire kit to the fuse block. Problem solved! I am using it with garmin 67w dash cam.

This made installing my camera so easy! I wanted a constant power source and I didn't want to pay $100+ to have it done. Not only was this easy, I can literally pull it out and move it to another car with OBD2 connection. Saved money and works well.

I used this with my Garmin Dash Cam and it works well! I like that I'm able to choose how long after the car turns off that it continues to provide power to the dash cam. My only complaint is the price. It seems like a lot for the product.

Great addition to my Garmin 57 Dash Cam. Plugs right in to our OBD port and you are off and running. Constant power so your vehicle can be monitored while parked. You set the time duration. Has two plugs so you can set up a back camera as well. So easy!

This makes it easy to power my 2 cameras in my car. 3 Different settings for the shut off time after I park, and it will turn off the power to the cameras if the car battery falls below a preset point.

This cable works exactly as advertised. It is easy to install, with several variations possible, allowing for quick disconnect of cables- to avoid needless camera operation overnight, for example, while still leaving the OBD connection intact. Though I had my doubts that it would be delivered on time, it actually arrived early, well in time for my 2k mile vacation. I just wish that the Garmin App which provides interface between iPhone and camera[s], worked as smoothly- typical Garmin, Hardware is great, software, not so much. Very Satisfied with Crutchfield- from years back.

Works like it should. Doesn't cause any vehicle bus errors like some other cheaper brands. Wish it had a setting between 10mi and 24 hours or possibly Bluetooth to program a set time. I was able to install and power my dash cam in less than 10 minutes.
