Sony MDR-7506

Bass response very musical not so much punchy as Sony says, It's not harsh. Will preproduce the higher end frequencies better than other so called high quality headphone while playing a keyboard. This is a keeper.

Constantly slipping around on your head.

The band is at an odd angle and does not like to stay in place. The ear cushions are thin and my ears hit the speaker covers. Sound quality is good, but they are not comfortable. I would not buy them again.

Good but has some design flaws!

A nice sounding headset but has some design flaws. First the cord is not detatchable and if it becomes damaged, then you need to replace the headset. Second, the flimsy wires sticking out of each side are ugly and prone to getting damaged. Come on Sony, you can do better. Just take a look at your noise canceling headsets.

Solid!

Hands down the best set of corded headphones under $100 available. I've had three pair over a 33 year period. Twelve years in radio, twenty-one years doing post productiont- just a reliable, great sounding workhorse. Monitoring, mixing, casual listening no issues with this product. Bravo Sony.

Great value

The headphones are amazing sound quality. Zero complaints. I just wish the ear cups were a little bit more comfortable for very long listening sessions but this pair is amazing value for the price

Great Headphones

I have had a pair of these for a good many years, and I finally wore them out, so thankfully these are still being made by Sony, hence my getting these to replace my originals. The sound is accurate, balanced, and can go up against many higher priced headphones.

Great headphones for $100

These have very good sound quality. I think they sound better than the sennheiser 280 pros that I've had for 5 years. The bass and mids are stronger on these Sony's
