Sony SA-SW3

Works well with the Bravia Theater Bar 9 in my open plan living room. Plenty of bass from this, the smaller of two compatible speaker. Install was pretty easy although nothing online or with the package described using the Bravia app to make the connection. Once I went to the app, it went smoothly. Without this unit and the compatible rear speakers, I was underwhelmed by the Theater Bar. Now with these two additional $$ components, I am happy with the setup.

Perfectly balanced bass

Pairs well with the Sony ht-a5000 sound bar and sa-rs3s speakers. Easy to adjust sound levels through the Sony tv audio menu

Pleasantly Surprising

This is one little powerful subwoofer. I was pleasantly surprised after owning and enjoying its bigger brother, the SA-SW5. I decided to go with it only after seeing a review of the Sony Theater Quad from Andrew Robinson whom reviewed it with the SA-SW3, and boy was he spot on. My man-cave couldn't be happier.

disappointed

I have this synched Bravia Theater 8 soundbar and i can't even tell its on. Very disappointed for the money!!!

Well that was easy

I added the SA-SW3 to my new Sony TV and Sony sound bar AV cart I assembled for my man cave. It connected and worked exactly as advertised just by turning it on. Sounds good. Without the sub woofer the sound lacked depth. Better now. Gets its' 5 stars for it's seamless integration, 4 stars for sound

Syncing process is a breeze and it adds a lovely bass response to the A HT7000

Had two discounts applied to this plus free shipping and I live in Guam. Unheard of. You guys ROCK! And now my living room does too! Plenty of bass for normal sized apartment rooms. Save your money and buy this instead of the SW5

Not impressed

I have a small room, I have the Bravia XR-55A80J, and I have the Sony HT-A7000. I have adjusted my output to 12, I have run the speaker optimization but I can hardly hear the output from this speaker unless it is running the speaker optimization program then it is too loud. It is hooked up to the eARC HDMI port. Not sure why there is not much bass output with this. Not impressed Sony.
