Their SPC-W10 loaded subwoofer enclosure mounts their Space™ Series SPC-10S2 10" 2-ohm shallow-mount subwoofer in a wedge-shaped enclosure that tucks neatly behind truck seats and into trunks and luggage compartments. The woofer's fiber matrix injection-molded polypropylene cone lets it handle power levels up to 400 watts RMS while minimizing distortion.

Built tough for great sound

The sealed enclosure is constructed from high-density wood fiberboard, coated with Roadkill Armor, and covered in marine-grade vinyl so it'll stand up to weather and moisture damage and keep the sub safe. Its dual front mounting baffle design and internal bracing give the woofer solid support. Poly-fiber filling reduces unwanted resonance for clearer sound.

The SPC-W10 features a quick-disconnect harness and connector for easy relocation of the sub as well as standard push terminals that accept up to 8-gauge wiring. A powder-coated steel grille protects the speaker from accidental damage. You'll get great bass in a rugged, compact box that can take it as well as it dishes it out.

Features

Wedge Enclosure: The Audio Control Space Series SPC-W10 10" Sealed Wedge Enclosure is constructed of high-density wood fiberboard with internal bracing, providing maximum durability and resonance control. A dual-front mounting baffle provides additional strength and rigidity to the enclosure, while keeping the driver firmly in place. The sealed subwoofer enclosure is filled with poly-fiber for controlled sound and tight, accurate bass response. The outside of the SPC-W10 is coated in Roadkill Armor and wrapped in marine-grade vinyl for a sleek finish.

SPC-10S2 Subwoofer: The Audio Control SPC-W10 Sealed Wedge Enclosure is loaded with a single 10" SPC-10S2 subwoofer. The low-profile, shallow-mount driver features a fiber matrix injection-molded polypropylene cone, along with a 2.5" diameter voice coil that features a 3-layer, high-temperature former for maximum efficiency. The SPC-10S2 subwoofer is protected by a removable metal-mesh grille.

Power Handling: Audio Control's power range for the 2-ohm subwoofer is 200-400W RMS (400W recommended); 600W peak power.

Connections: The SPC-W10 features two connection methods:

Spring Posts: A pair of spring posts can accept speaker wire up to 8-gauge in size.
Quick-Plug Harness: A removable 6" 2-pin harness, with bare-ended 12-gauge wires, provides a quick-connection method that can easily be plugged and unplugged from the enclosure.

Mounting: Two mounting brackets, left and right, are provided. Threaded holes on either side of the enclosure let you attach each bracket using the provided machine screws. Additional self-tapping screws can be used for attaching the brackets to a trunk or floor pan.

what size AMP should I use with this speaker?
