Overview: The Ring Stick Up Cam Plug-in (3rd Generation) is an indoor/outdoor security camera, and can be mounted on a wall or ceiling, or placed on a table top or shelf. It is powered by the included AC power cord, and connects via Wi-Fi. The Stick Up Cam Plug-in has an adjustable mounting bracket so you can aim the camera where you want. Like other Ring cameras, the Stick Up Cam works through the Ring - Always Home app, which provides mobile notifications, two-way communication, and allow you to view live streaming video on your smartphone.

Camera: The camera has a wide-angle lens with a wide 130° diagonal (110° horizontal/57° vertical) field of view. The camera produces bright 1080p Full HD video in a Live View that you can watch on your phone or tablet. Adjustable motion sensors can detect movement up to 30 feet away. Up to three motion zones can be created to cover specific areas of your home, such as doorways, windows, and gates. When motion is detected, a notification will be sent to your smart device through the Ring app. Customizable motion schedules can be set up allow you to receive notifications only when you need them. Even with the lights off, the camera's infrared LEDs will enable the Color Night Vision.

Power Options: The Ring Stick Up Cam Plug-in uses standard AC power, and includes a 15' outdoor power cable, and an 8' indoor power cable. You can also operate the camera with the optional Quick Release Battery Pack (sold separately).

Connectivity: The camera requires an internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 1 Mbps, with a 2 Mbps recommendation for optimum performance. The camera connects via Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) on the 2.4 GHz band only.

Ring - Always Home App: The free Ring - Always Home app (Android 9.0+, iOS/iPadOS 15.0+) pulls together all of your Ring devices, including Security Cameras and Video Doorbells. The app sends you an instant alert when someone triggers a motion sensor, or rings your Ring Video Doorbell. You'll be able to see, hear, and speak to anyone on your property using your smart device. In addition, the app lets you create a virtual Neighborhood Watch and receive alerts from your neighbors. In the app, you can zoom and pan for a better look, customize the Motion Zones, times for receiving (or not receiving) alerts, and how often to be notified for motion events. The Ring Desktop App is no longer available, however, you can access your devices on Ring.com.

Works with Alexa: When paired with your Alexa-enabled device, you can enjoy enhanced features of the Ring Stick Up Cam. You can ask Alexa to show you the view from your camera on the Echo Show device. You can also engage in a two-way communications hands-free with your Echo Dot.
