Kicker 45KM44

Used as a replacement for stock speakers for my Compact Excavator.These speakers do have better performance than the stock ones but still doesn't have the sound quality I'm looking for. And I understand that they are 4 inch speakers so since my install space is limited the next step is adding an Amp to get the sound quality I'm looking for.

Great upgrade for 2021 Skeeter FXR fusion speakers

What a great upgrade to my Skeeter 2021 fxr, replaced factory installed fusion 4" with these...WOW!!! What a difference in quality of the Sound/BASS... WOW! One of the best $120 expenses I've had in sometime. Not satisfied with your FXR's fusion sound system??? Yuck, I wasn't... Do this!!! I do have a small usb fan blowing on the ms bb100 box by my feet to keep it cooler.

Very crisp & clear sound

Recently installed 6 of these in my boat, hooked up to an 8 - channel Wet Sounds HTM-8 amp. They are really load and clear. I can't even turn them all the way up without hurting my hearing. I am impressed. We will see how long they last.

Great speakers, Bad radio!

The speakers, antenna and mounting kit are great. The radio however "Sucks". The radio plays ok, but the blue tooth doesn't work and the on/off button only wants to work with the remote. Radio control buttons only work at times. Wish I would have bought a better radio!

Rock on

Added these in the back of my boat. Added a pair of these 4" Kickers with (4) 6 1/2" Kickers and a pair of JL Audio tweeters. Wired the speakers in parallel and connected to a 4 channel Clarion amp. I was amazed at the sound being produced. Wife said I was rocking the house from my shop. The shop is 200' from the house and I had all the doors closed.

So much better

Replaced the cheapo speakers on the outside of my RV. Sound is so much better, richer. And I can blast the campers in the surrounding sites.

Great marine speakers for tight spaces

Very impressed with the quality and sound from this little 4" speaker. High quality components/connectors and works perfectly paired with the Kicker marine stereo (46KMC2). My fishing boat has very limited space for stereo components and I honestly didn't expect these little speakers to sound a good as they do. Very happy with the decision!

They sound great

Huge upgrade from the cheap factory speakers that came with our golf cart. I hooked up two pairs of these. They sound amazing for 4 inch speaker. Very impressive.

Great speakers for size. Had to find something to accommodate my older boats speaker holes without modifying existing holes. Sound great and have a bass to them.

Great speaker for camper or boat!

Great sound in a small package. Kicker always does a great job. These are installed outside in our camper. No regrets. Comes with two color grills

Great addition to my boat

These smaller speakers are a great addition to the transom of my boat. They're the exact match to the 6.5" speakers elsewhere on the boat.

Poor

Played for 30 seconds then distorted. Called kicker and they said "blown" and wouldn't do anything. I was listening at a normal volume... Will not buy again as they were expensive. Factory defective that they didn't stand behind.

Waiting in anticipation

I have not received my speakers just yet they will be here tomorrow, and I could not be more excited from what I am hearing and reading about them. I am not putting them on a boat I will be customize my honda goldwing dash so that they will fit. I am slowly going to update the audio system since it is from 1996 so I will be reading other reviews and most likely going to put kickers 4 inch speakers in replace of my back stickers. Can't wait to put this first set in tomorrow if I can if not Wednesday I will let you know how it all works out and how awesome these speakers are

Sound great! But I have blown 3 of these speakers in the last 2 months. I have them paired with the rs-55 fusion marine stereo and no amplifier so they are running on 25 RMS. I have the volume limiter turned down to ensure they don't get turned up too loud and the bass is low. I thought the first set was my fault so I ordered another and now one of the speakers is blown again. The boat rarely sees rough water or salt water because I run in a river and the speakers are under the t-top so they don't get wet either. Reached out to Crutchfield for a replacement / refund. Questioning the QC efforts of Kicker. The 6" speakers from kicker work great and have no issues.

Sound great on the 17" whaler- w 2 sets of grills allowed me to paint extra set to match tan gelcoat. Lots of bass from the jbl Marine head unit- easy install ....

Great Compact Speakers

Very impressed with the sound quality and volume for such small speakers. They work great for my small bass boat application. I would recommend larger speakers if you are looking for higher volumes when underway at speeds above 15mph. Build quality seems solid and I like the design. Comes with gold plated connectors and both sets of white and grey grills.

Hooked up to a fusion ra70 marine radio. Already had a couple 61/2 kickers on the boat. Good quality but not that much volume out of them. They will work in the front of my center console. Just wanted more blast
