Excellent 10" Sub Woofer
Ripper from San Antonio, Tx on 10/10/2024
This speaker works awesome in a compact car like a Toyota Corolla. Tried both configurations (Series/Parallel) and Parallel works the best with the Kicker Amp 46CXA400.1T. Excellent bass response @ 90db. Currently using Kenwood DMX7709S Stereo, Kicker Amp 46CXA360.4T, 4ea Kicker 46CSC6934 6x9 speakers, 1ea Kicker 50CWCD154 15" Woofer, 2ea Kicker 48CWR104 10" Woofers, Kicker Amp 46CXA400.1T and 2ea Rockford P1675 6.75" speakers. We custom built the trunk speaker box to fit perfectly into place. Excellent signal to noise ratio, to where each level is heard clearly (low, mids & highs). Totally love the way the 10" Woofers handle the bass and the built-in Kenwood stereo crossover allows you to prevent the bass from affecting the mids and highs.
Pros: Dual voice coils for easy configurations, depending on what you want.
Cons: Currently none to notice.

Installation of the speakers were smooth, however it you are not an experience in tuning to the sound and vibration you are trying to achieve, then the task at hand is not met.

Great sound quality for the price. I'm an old school audiophile, ran Soundstream equipment when they were at the top of their game. This replaced my 25+ year old Soundstream Exact 10. With the dual voice coils, and running my amp bridged at 2 Ohms for 400 watts. This Kicker sub pounds with nice lows. I'll definitely be buying a second one for another build.
Pros: Nice and stiff. Sounds very clean. Impressive.
Cons: None so far.

Yet again, Kicker, Crutchfield Satisfaction at 1000%
Scott from Camp Hill, PA on 7/19/2022
This was a replacement for a Solo-Baric that I never realized I blew out (possibly many years ago). I saved a few dollars on this purchase as it was an open box, which when I opened it, looked like it had never been touched. After cleaning up the residuals from my old speaker and prepping the box for the new sub, slapped it in and headed off to a large vacant parking lot to tune it in. FANTASTIC Kicker sound quality as always and made me realize that I need to check my sub more often to make sure it isn't blown. I am back to where I was with smooth kicker bass and just enjoying it all again.
Pros: Rock solid bass punch without the bleed over bass. Hits just like it should and sounds terrific with my existing 13+yr old Alpine/MB Quart setup.
Cons: The HOA would hate it if I came home rocking Slayer at ear bleeding levels.

Great Sub for the Price!
Gary from Mascot, TN on 5/4/2021
2002 Nissan Sentra
After speaking with a Crutchfield Rep and discussing my situation and plans it was suggested to use this sub paired with a RF R2-500x1, sub wired to 2ohm. With limited space in my 1999 F-250 Super cab I built a 0.89Cuft sealed enclosure. Having doubts about a single 10 I was actually very impressed! Once I adjusted the amp to match the enclosure this Kicker CompR came alive. SQ was much better than I expected. Very pleased!
Pros: Crisp, Clean and Clear
Cons: So far none, however still within sub break in period.
