Features
Overview: The Brandmotion FLTW-3050 Commercial Parking Sensor System is a 4-sensor proximity system that's designed for use on commercial vehicles. The parking sensor system has an accurate detection distance of 0-9.84' (3m). The low-profile sensors are designed to be surface-mounted to the underside of the rear bumper. The system also includes an LED display with built-in audible buzzer to provide feedback while parking.
Note: Installation of the Brandmotion FLTW-3050 Commercial Parking Sensor System will require drilling into your vehicle bumper for installation.
Sensors: The four FLTW-3050 parking sensors feature a built-in mounting bracket that allow them to be surface-mounted to the underside of the rear bumper. The four sensors should be spaced equidistant across the bumper. Each sensor has an attached 7" connection cable that comes pre-connected to the ECU sensor cables for a total length of 7.5'. Self-tapping screws are provided for mounting the sensors.
ECU (host): The FLTW-3050 parking sensor system includes an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) or central "brain" for controlling the system. The ECU module can be mounted within 7.5' of the sensors and is waterproof for mounting outside the vehicle. Wiring for the ECU includes an attached 3' power wire that gets connected to a switched +12V power source and a 3' ground wire that gets attached to the vehicle chassis. A 15m (49.2') display extension cable connects the ECU to the display at the driver's location.
Display with Buzzer: The Brandmotion Commercial Parking Sensor System includes a multi-color LED display that can be mounted on a console or steering column. The display includes a 2-character readout, that shows your approximate distance from an object, and 2 rows of Green, Yellow, and Red indicators that will light in succession as you get closer to an object while parking. The display also features a built-in buzzer, providing you with an audible alert along with the display.
Waterproof: The Brandmotion parking sensors carry an IP68 waterproof rating.
