A powerful, customizable amplifier

This powerful and highly customizable CRS1K amplifier isn't weatherproof — you'll need to install it indoors — but there are plenty of ways you can use it to power an indoor or outdoor sound system. The CRS1K delivers four channels of clean power rated at 250 watts each. It's 2-ohm stable and capable of driving a wide range of speakers. And it's designed to fit into a 1U rack space.

Flexible operation and connections

This amp uses Phoenix-style line-level input and speaker output connections. That allows you to use traditional wiring to power four speakers in one or two zones, or bi-amp a pair of compatible speakers — like the 10.0 3-Way Ellipse Bollard. It can also be configured for 70V operation in a commercial sound system.

Two included pairs of CRS RCA Input Cable Adapters let you install analog audio sources with RCA connections. You can also get adapters for balanced XLR input and Coastal Connector speaker output (both sold separately).
