This replaced an Audiocontrol LC-1.1500. What a difference. Deeper bass right of the box. The parametric EQ is a great feature.

Pros: Price User Adjustments/features Small and compact

Cons: The angle terminals make it difficult to use ferrals.

The 1000.1 has a super sturdy enclosure, small but not unbelievable footprint, chassis mount RCAs and real world power. The optional remote sports an RJ45 connection too, which is super nice. This is currently pushing a 13TW5 at 2Ohms.

Pros: Small but NOT so tiny that they had to cram a fan in there to prevent it from spontaneously combusting. Runs super cool. Chassis mounted RCAs, nice power/ground/speaker inputs. Super flexible input/EQ/clip light indication. Excellent price point. Super beefy chassis. Excellent customer support. I emailed them asking about the mounting area footprint to make sure it would fit and they emailed me very quickly with all the dimensions.

Cons: Only complaint (not really a complaint), and this is just because I want to run 2 speakers I already have that work out to 1Ohm, is it would have been nice to see 1Ohm stability. If you are buying multiple subs, just make sure the final load is 2Ohms.

Wow! This sub amp is amazing. Perfect size. I ordered another brand name sub amp with similar power but without all the frequency adjustments. I felt as though the amp was just increasing the volume of 45-70hz. It was loud but just felt as though something was off. When I upgraded to the 1000.1, I was able to get the sealed 10" pioneer shallow mount sub down into the 25 hz range in the factory location. Man, this amp is a magic box for $399. Highly recommend. Great warranty as well.

Pros: Clean POWER! Small footprint, corrects factory sub frequency rolloff, accepts high power inputs from factory amps.
