Overview: The Cleer Audio ARC II Sport features an open-ear design to help you maintain awareness with your surroundings while you enjoy your music. A flexible hinge places the 16.2mm neodymium dynamic driver in front of the ear canal, while the unique earhook slides behind the ear. The sport ear buds have an IPX5 rating for water and sweat resistance, so you can wear them while you work out or out in the rain. The ARC II Sport charges in less than 2 hours in the included charging case, which also sterilizes your ear buds when the lid is closed.

Bluetooth 5.3: ARC II Sport is equipped with Bluetooth 5.3 for improved reliability. With the Qualcomm QCC3071 chipset and a specially designed Bluetooth antenna, the ARC II Sport has more stable connection and is more resistant to interference. The ear buds support SBC and AAC codecs, as well as aptX Adaptive, which is backwards-compatible with aptX and aptX HD. Next generation Bluetooth LE Audio offers better audio quality and power-efficiency than classic Bluetooth. For improved voice quality and crystal clear phone calls, the ear buds have aptX Voice, which offers 32kHz sampled audio with a flat 16kHz frequency response. With Multipoint Connectivity, you can pair to two devices simultaneously and seamlessly switch between them.

Snapdragon Sound / aptX Lossless: The ARC II Sport ear buds, with the Snapdragon Sound certification, utilize the best technologies in audio and connectivity to deliver a premium listening experience. You can hear details of the music as the artist intended. You also get crystal clear calls without dropouts, and dynamic gaming with ultra-low latency. Qualcomm's aptX Lossless audio technology lets you listen to CD quality (16-bit 44.1kHz) lossless audio quality over Bluetooth.

Touch Controls: The outer portion of the ear buds feature touch sensitive controls. Basic music controls include play/pause, next track, and previous track. Phone controls include answer calls, end calls, and reject calls. You can also activate your phone's native voice assistant (Google, Siri). Volume can be raised with a double-tap and hold on the right ear bud, and volume is lowered with a double-tap and hold on the left ear bud.

Head Gesture Controls: Motion Detection sensors in the ear buds let you control music and phone calls with head gestures. When a call comes in, you can answer it by nodding your head. Rejecting or hanging up the call takes two shakes of the head. While you're listening to music, you can skip to the next track by turning your head to the right, then back again. To get to the previous track, just turn your head to the left and back.

Cleer+ App: The Cleer+ app lets you customize your ARC II Sport ear buds to your personal tastes. In the app, you can configure the touch controls and head gesture controls as you desire. You can also check the battery status of each ear bud and the charging case at a glance. When a firmware update becomes available, you will be notified in the app, and it can be loaded to the ear buds when they are connected. The app even has a step counter and sedentary reminder for the fitness-minded user. The Cleer+ app is compatible with Apple iPhone and iPod touch with iOS 12.1 or later, and with devices running Android 5.0 and up.

Battery Power: Each ARC II Sport ear bud has an 85mAh Polymer Lithium-ion rechargeable battery. The charging case has a 500mAh capacity battery. The ear buds charge while stored inside the charging case. The charging case is charged via a commercially-available USB charging port (5V 1A minimum). Charging time is less than 2 hours. On a full charge, the ear buds provide up to 8 hours of music playback time. The charging case has an additional 27 hours of playback time for a total of 35 hours. A 10-minute quick charge will provide approximately 1 hour of playback time. To save battery power, the ear buds will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of no use. The duration can be adjusted in the Cleer+ app.

Ear Bud Sterilization: The ARC II Sport ear buds are not only charged, but are automatically bathed in UV-C light when the charging case lid is closed. The sterilization will last for approximately 10 seconds, which kills 99.9% or more bacteria. The UV LED will automatically turn off if the case is opened to prevent UV light from leaking out.
